Who is Commitment to Excellence for?


The Commitment to Excellence programme has been designed specifically for Owner/Directors in the SME sector. It is an experience like no other.

Commitment to Excellence deals with the 'real-world' challenges facing small company directors. It deals specifically and directly with the burning issues faced by the individual participants, thereby helping them to solve their particular business challenge.

Unlike large company directors, the Owner/Director of an SME company does not have the luxury of a large infrastructure with a range of support functions. More often than not, the 'buck stops here'. Tough business decisions have to be made that directly and very tangibly affect both personal and business aspirations, and in ever increasing competitive and uncertain environments, survival can often be a priority over growth.
