The British Standards Institute: Quality issues at BSI

When BSI Quality Assurance were looking to improve the quality of one-to-one presentations made to clients and prospects by their sales consultants, they naturally looked to new media for a solution.



 

 

 

 

But standard slide-based linear presentation software did not provide the flexibility they needed to respond to the on-going dialogue with clients. Nor did it provide the opportunity to easily customise presentations with specific reports and commentaries.

BSI became an early adopter of Imarco's eBriefcase, because it allowed them to integrate standard PowerPoint presentations and other self contained documents on the laptop.
